For everyone, this guy knows his shyt. Listen to him, if u wanna get a six pack or just lose fat, listen to his plan and do what he says hes 100% right no joke. Also u can still lift and shyt, just dont go crazy with the weights, go for a weight that you can do 15-20 reps with each set if u wanna get ripped. Thats only getting ripped though, theres a whole another story about getting muscle/ getting big

By cardio, he means sitting on those eliptical, bike, and walking machines at the gym- they are wastes of time!

wind sprints outdoors would do more work than those machines-
the resistance of moving your body weight over hard land does more than skipping over a moving surface on a machine at the gym.
but, i tried alot of strength training, but I only gained weight, and not lost any fat.. am i doing something wrong ? please help me out, thx
what you failed to do was deplete your bloodstream of oxygen. Your body needs Oxygen(lungs), fuel(body fat), and fire(intense workout routine).
The more intense the routine, the more oxygen you need, the more you burn fat.

first of all, by saying intense workout, do you mean intense cardio workout, or intense strength training workout, personally i love strength training over the cardio, because cardio is running like a long time, just to burn of that one single cookie..
( i also train in karate, but currently stopped, gonna resume asap )
So what can i do the best? cardio or strength, to burn of fat.
Im 16 years old, 200 pounds ( 91 KG ) , and around 1,80-1,85 meters
try doing as many pushups as you can for 45 seconds and take a 15 second break.
then do as many squats as you can in 45 seconds then take a 15 second break.
Repeat this for 10 minutes w/o stopping- that is the intensity i am talking about.

and what to do with cardio? should i just go walk on the threadmill, or should i just leave cardio.
because i’m afraid as hell to repeat the same mistake i made last year around this period.. i just wanna lose fat, i’m broad shoulderd by nature, so i don’t have intentions to build up muscles, i just wanna lose fat..

You did lose fat, if you had measured yourself instead of just weighing yourself you’d know that. What happened is that you gained muscle which is denser than fat but because it is denser, it weighs more even though it has less volume. And besides, muscle is what keeps you burning fat because it takes calories to maintain muscle so keep doing strength training!

well most people dont got the time to train, most people are just to lazy to do it.
trust me people training is the only way to stay toned all these diets and stuff dont work half hopur jog every second day some situp and pushups after thats all u need to stay toned
